Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade with love and shipped from Woodstock, GA.! Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Revolving Seasons has partnered with USPS to deliver your products.

Here are your shipping options:

First-Class Mail (1-7 business days)

Priority Mail (1-5 business days)

Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days)

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We are dedicated to making sure our products provide the best personal experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please note the following:

-Any returned products must be in the same condition you received it (items must have no signs of wear and tear) for a full refund or exchange. There are no returns or exchanges on "personalized" items.

-You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

-You are responsible for all return shipping costs. (We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns).

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

*(This excludes personalized items) We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

*We do not accept any cancellations.


Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

If you received items that were damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of delivery through email at revolvingseasons4@gmail.com or give us a call at (770) 695-7404. (We are not responsible for damaged or defective packages resulting from errors made by our shipping carriers but will work with you to find the best solution). 

If you received items that were incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of delivery through email at revolvingseasons4@gmail.com or give us a call at (770) 695-7404 for a full refund or we will send you a replacement order.

Misprints/Printing Errors:

If you received personalize items that were misspelled (e.g. last names, first names...etc), we will investigate and determine the proper resolution. If it is determined based on the order sheet that the misprint was on our end, a replacement order will be shipped free of charge. If it is determined according to the order sheet that the customer misspelled words, then we are not responsible for replacing that order. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of delivery through email at revolvingseasons4@gmail.com or give us a call at (770) 695-7404.
